3. Orders & Payment 订单与付款

We accept payments via FPX, Credit/Debit Card, TNG eWallet, WeChat Pay, or other listed gateways.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

我们接受 FPX、信用卡/借记卡、TNG eWallet、微信支付等方式。
只有在付款成功后，订单才会被确认与处理。

4. Delivery & Shipping 配送与发货

Our products are delivered via cold-chain logistics to ensure freshness.
Delivery areas cover major cities across Malaysia.
Delivery schedules may vary based on weather, flight, or logistic conditions.

5. Live Product Policy 活体商品政策

Due to the nature of live seafood, minor weight or condition variations may occur.
We ensure every crab is inspected and handled with care before delivery.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for live crabs once delivered in good condition.

由于活体海鲜的特殊性，产品在重量或状态上可能存在轻微差异。
我们保证每只蟹在发货前均经过严格挑选与检查。
若商品完好送达，将不接受退换。

6. Refund & Replacement Policy 退款与补发政策

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

• Item damaged during delivery

• Wrong item received

• Dead-on-arrival (DOA) within delivery timeframe

Customers must contact us within 6 hours of receiving the order with photo/video proof.

以下情况可申请退款或补发：

• 配送过程中商品损坏

• 收到错误商品

• 收到时已死亡（需在配送时间内确认）

客户须在收到货品 6小时内 提供照片或视频凭证联系我们。

7. Promotions & Coupons 优惠与折扣

All promotions, vouchers, or coupon codes are subject to specific terms and expiry dates.
Lisbros.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.
